Our client is a global Technology company that sells a cloud-based software solution to brand name companies like O2, EE and Virgin Media. The company has employed 100 people over the last two years and is doubling its Sales force in the UK. With offices in New York, Sydney and London, this rapidly-growing Technology company is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to play a crucial role in ensuring the success of its Sales team. The Sales Development Team Lead will head a team of SDRs to ensure its success, as well as working on key accounts, and working creatively and independently to generate new business for the company. This is a unique opportunity to advance your career and develop lifelong skills in a rewarding role at an award-winning company. You’ll be based in London, but travel abroad for events and customer meetings monthly.

The role
The Sales Development Lead will be a player-coach team member, building and managing a team of SDRs while also working creatively and independently to generate new business opportunities for the company. You will:

  • Build and manage a team of SDRs.
  • Help your SDRs develop plans and strategies to generate new business.
  • Ensure your team’s success by mentoring them, monitoring their performance, and making sure they are trained in new Sales techniques.
  • Work to secure key accounts.
  • Generate new business by cold calling and emailing.

  • You

  • At least two years’ experience in software Sales. Previous employment at any of the following is an advantage: Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, Hubspot, Tableaux.
  • Talented and driven.
  • Interested in Technology.
